Nancy Rodriguez and Karen Hissong both from Gallagher Bassett in Lansing Mi have got to be the 2 most incompetent adjusters in this profession, they do not return calls or emails from me or any provider or pharmacy, its like there company policy is to just ignore questions and deny claims, they just got assigned to me in Sept 2016 and its been nothing but a complete hassle from day one. Whatever you can do to stay away from this company the better.

And especially these 2 adjusters.

They do not respond to anything, and it makes you wonder how they ever got a job in the first place. See you in court, again.

It's not just those 2 adjusters it's all of their adjusters .I really believe that is Gallagher bassett policy .Try to break you down as much as possible so you will just give up..NO they will not answer emails phone calls they do not follow up they do not follow the directive of the court..

This is an awful horrible company to work for. Don't bother calling supervision because they're not very experienced should not be in that position. They should be reported to the Department of Insurance or the Better Business Bureau.
