I decided to file for work compensation, since the injury was very consistent with the work condition that my employer subjected me to. Employer manager was reluctant to file the work compensation claim on my behalf.

I was put through to the Gallagher Bassett claim adjustor/agent. Individual spoke to me politely and said before I go to the clinic, I should call them. I make it clear to them I will go to the clinic that same day at a specific time. Claim adjustor refuses to pick up the phone multiple times for the rest of that day; employer manager ignores me as well.

After refusing to show up to work for a certain amount of time, I was finally able to see the doctor, to treat injury. Main take away here is, don't quit your job, until you get your treatment.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1500.
