I have had an ongoing claim. The insurance company accepted liability, but Gallagher Bassett has refused to pay my claim.
They have been prolonging it, asking me to send in proof of this and that.
When I provide them with the proof, they come up with something else, trying not to settle this claim. I'm not gonna let it go; I'm gonna keep fighting.

Verified Reviewer |They had IME doctor falsify my exam report
Dr. did IME. He was unaware of the fact that my daughter was sitting there recording my exam. Everything listed is what he falsified in the video. The video proves my claim of the doctor and Gallagher Bassett committing fraud. Gallagher Bassett is just dirty. In 30 days' time, I tried calling my adjuster 42 times and spoke with him 3 times; that is a 0.007% in answering my calls. If your employer uses Gallagher Bassett, run!!!
1. He said I rolled; I never said that I rolled my ankle.
2. He said that the records from the podiatrist were not available to him. The video clearly shows me giving him those records. He asked if he could copy them; I told him that he could keep them. (page 2)
3. He said that I told him that the great toe was healed and I had no complaints. The toe is still broken. The podiatrist and orthopedist both suspected nerve entrapment with the nerve being entrapped in the bone of my great toe. (page 3)
4. He did not do an ambulatory assessment. He never asked me to or had me walk without the boot. I did not heel-to-toe rise, and I did not do any squats. (pages 3 & 4).
5. He said that I stated that I had fairly active pre-existing ankle complaints. I did not. I have 2 reports, 1 from Summers County ARH and 1 from Orthopedic Center of the VAS, that I had no complaints about my ankle. On May 3rd and May 6th, there is medical documentation that I had absolutely no complaints about my ankle. (page 14)
6. He stated this was pre-existing. If that is his TRUE opinion, this should be on the break from 10/22/25.
7. He said he asked me if I had any other complaints, which would have been on my great toe and the nerve entrapment. Again, you will see that he did not say that to me.
8. In the video, he tells me that he believes me about what I am going through.
9. I told him that in the report from the podiatrist, I had the diagnosis of reflex sympathetic dystrophy.
10. He refused the reports for the nerve conduction study. Did Gallagher Bassett send them?

Every time that I walk on the outside of my foot, more damage is being done. The great toe is not healed, and there is nerve entrapment. I hurt every day, and it gets worse on some days. I am 73 years old, 71 when I slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot of Target in Monticello Mn, I was parked in the Handicapp parking area of Target and went in to make a return. During my exit from target store I slipped and fell on ice.
I was informed by target that I had to call Gallagher Bassett as they have total responsibility for the parking lot injury and compensation for the fall. It has been almost 3 years and I did not here from anyone at Gallagher Basset regarding my serious injury.
I recently called target to explain the situation that I was concerned about no correspondence from Gallagher Bassett regarding my injuries and hospitalization from the fall on ice totaling over 100,000 or more and they connected me to the subcontractor ( Pro V Lanscaping I learned It was determined by the company responsible for the lot that It was determined by the subcontractor that I faked my slip and fall. I was never informed of this nor have I been contacted by anyone regarding the incident of actions of Gallager Bassett Services or subcontractor DBA Pro V Landscaping.
I need help as I feel I am getting the shaft because no one wants to be responsible for my slip and fall on ice.
Its been over four years and still my claims havent settle because of sloppy work. I'm stilling waiting for a response from them on matters I disagree with.
The company needs to be honest in working with the client. The company needs to get the diagnosis of the client before denying the claim, it would save everyone time and money for them to do the right thing.

Will leave you tortured in a hospital against your will, with no one to contact to get you out. Will ignore your phone calls, voicemails, and will do anything they can to *** you off by any means necessary.

Class action suit needed
I was involved in an accident with a fed es truck 9 weeks ago. My car was brand new the day before with 163 miles on it.
The divers manager pulled dash cam video on scene and admitted fault. My husband and I were both injured on scene. He was transported to the hospital and needs surgery on his neck. The GB adjusters have been impossible to reach and when I do get them on teh phone they blatantly lie.
I stil have no car, I have lost significant income and traction with a new business and we are in financial ruin now. maxed out CCs. My husband needs surgery at over 100k and the doctors wont sign off until GB does. this company is disgusting and somethings needs to be done about it.
I dont want the car repaired and return as now it has an accident on the title and it was only a few hours old. Time to sue I am afraid!
PS. I own a cleaning company so not a wealthy person

I got injured at my job due to neglect of equipment and safety standards. Hospital's main walk in cooler has broken over and over.
They would temporarily fix it all the time until it finally couldn't be fixed. So they had a refrigerated US Foods truck park at the back loading dock. Staff hauled all the food that was in main walk into the truck. Staff stocked juice cases that weigh 28lbs each on the back wall of truck all the way to the top of the trucks roof.
The truck was parked on a pitch so when I and another staff member went to get some juice cases they fell on top of my head and neck causing injury to my head and neck. My job made me file a stars report. I was pulled out of work due to my injuries. Gallagher Bassett has delayed testing even tried to bribe me saying if I allowed the registered nurse that was required by law to come to my appts that she would get my MRI approved.
That's when I contacted a lawyer to help me. Now I'm dealing with them giving me a bad check. I am going to contact nys compensation board , news , my congressman and BBB. I have read so many reviews on this terrible third party company and I don't understand why they are still operating.
I didn't ask to be hurt.. and not only do I feel victimized by this company I still have to deal with my injuries.
They need to be shut down. Anyone that deals with this awful company I'd advise you to get a lawyer and contact the board , news, congressman and attorney general.

This business seems to be trained to give you the hardest time in your life. They seem to be experts on it.
- They intentionally misspell names, talk fast and mumbling words, then they are ready to turn any genuine concerns of yours against you or they just won't hear it. Anything that sounds like you're a victim of exploitation they will not listen, they get aggressive and say, "I don't want to argue about it, if you continue, I will end the call". Then they hang up and will give a hard time. So, this business is totally against workers.

Gallahger Bassett's representative has told me many things Medicare, my insurer has told them. Medicare claims they have never been contacted by anyone from Gallagher Bassett...the gaslighting goes on! They are forcing me to sue!
I have been delayed, denied, gaslighted and flat out lied to. They keep requesting the same paperwork repeatedly.
Now they want me to sign that they represent me.
Keep in mind they have been abusive and work for the at fault party and now they want me to say they work for me! Unconscionable!!

The adjuster assigned to me was a zero from the first day. Mark Flynn is by far the absolute most unprofessional person I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
Lack of communication or response to email, messages to allowing my compensation checks lapse for 4 weeks. His unprofessional behavior has led to unnecessary stress and torment. Being out of work with an injury is enough stress as it is. His feeble excuses are inexcusable.
We as workers pay his salary through working for our companies and being pushed aside as a ball on a pool table aired his inability to perform his task as my companies representative for Workmans Comp. If this gentleman was receiving a weekly pay check from me as his employer and I received such information about him he would have lost his job .
The behavior displayed by Mark Flynn has left a terrible impression on myself and family. Through the entire length of my time out of work dealing with him I have felt there was an alternative plan on his behalf.

I complied with a 6th RME and that doctor FOUND IN MY FAVOR TOO.
I was told to report to an attorney in the CT AG'S office once they saw LORI STANISKI was really harassing me to take a DRUG SCREENING while in a LEGAL MEDICAL MJ program they have to REIMBURSE ME FOR and LORI does not like this. SHE HAS NO clue about it and she thinks she is in an insurance-land-COUP.
ADL JUDGE OSLENA, said NO MORE HEARINGS in March 2024, after 5 years of getting and refusing to comply with DRUG SCREENINGS because claimants with ATTORNEYS did not have to and the CT LABOR DEPT has a law, that states STATE EMPLOYEES are EXEMPT.

They cannot comply with a RULING because I am pro- se'.
They can go #FAFO because if I need to speak with that ALJ it will be over the phone.
The ALJ before her said I "do not have to come in again," Do you see how LORI STANISKI refuses to listen to rulings and thinks somehow the 50th time it will happen. GFO.
SHE IS MENTALLY ILL and is the cause of claimants doxing her
Preferred solution: reinstate my medication because NO Administrative law judge approved her cutting me off.
