I bought a product at WholeFoods which turned out to be of very bad quality and as a result I got sick. WholeFoods directed me to this company (they didn't indicate the reason for why they did so).
I cannot reach anyone at this company for 2 weeks. Nobody answers my calls or calls back. I have been trying to reach anyone by calling every hour and yet there is no response. Surprisingly, my emails are being answered with the following bottom line statement: "We have tried to reach you multiple times.
However, we could not. Please call us back." I have double-checked with my cell phone provider and they could not confirm that. Is this really a serious company?
This is very frustrating. If you can avoid this company, please do so.
