Gallagher Bassett engages, literally from the beginning of a claim, in a dedicated protection of their own client, mishandling of a claim over a very long, delayed period of time (literally 3 - 5 different claims handlers on your claim, non of whom do anything), and then a complete claim denial after a great deal of evidence has been provided. Please do as I did, and report them, with full documentation, to the Arizona Department of Insurance. Their claims handlers refuse to interview eye witnesses, deny you access to a copy of an accident report that you painstakingly fill out, ask over a very long period of time (almost 2 years) for one documentation item after another, and then attempt to run out the statute of limitations on personal injury.
