Ive waited over a month to get care that I need. They have outsourced another company to do their scheduling and they are unprofessional and so far behind 8 ball its so frustrating!!! I have waited over a week to get MRI scheduled and after waiting they scheduled it on a day I specifically asked them not to now Ill have to wait again in meantime Im in terrible pain

Terrible company-engages in bad faith

Husband was hurt on the job in 2022. GB directed all his treatment sent him for diagnostic studies, multiple doctors all who concluded he needed surgery.

GB arranged his surgery where it was to be performed, when, and who would be performing it. Husband had NO say in anything. Post surgery a few months later he gets a hospital bill for $65,000. I called the hospital, and they told me the WC carrier denied it bc they said it wasnt medically necessary.

HUH?? They have got to be freakin kidding. Meanwhile, case is in suit presently. They have wiped all the emails and docs off my husbands' portal recalled emails that directed his care, so it looks like they didn't send him to this surgeon.

Unfortunately for them, he forwarded me everything.

They won't be getting away with this, that's all I know, bc my husband's lawyer will make sure of it. Just insane the things this company does to get out of paying a claim.

Our work vehicle was destroyed by a driver insured by a Gallagher Bassett. They are impossible to reach and it's been 18 months we still do not have our vehicle back and they have refused to reimburse us for any rentals. If you read other reviews virtually every single person is dealt with these shady bad faith tactics. If you are involved in an accident by someone using Gallagher Bassett immediately get a lawyer.

A accident that occurred with their client

Gallagher Bassett was the insurance company that the insured had that was assigned to both myself and my daughter after an accident occurred because of employee negligence and defective equipment with the insureds company. They have been one of the worst companies to deal with during this time.

The agent has called us LAUGHING about our injuries, has made comments about how the doctors are charging $1000 for 5 minutes of service rude, condescending and inappropriate behavior. I have contacted the customer service requesting to speak with a supervisor and was given Davids number and left him several messages to NOT receive a return phone call. Ive called back customer service again with no rectification to the issue of this rep Bill Robertson.

I wanted to settle this amicably but I do not see that as a possibility moving forward. This is a terrible insurance company so get your attorneys ready because they are the worst!

I worked for people share temp service . I was in a forklift accident at work.

I ended up with 3 bulging disc in my neck and fractured vertebrae in my lower back. However, I can't work and they have not paid me in 5 months. I have had multiple mri

s went to IME its almost 2 mo the since and still no report. Now all of a sudden they want reports from from a doctor I have seen in over a year.

In the mean time I have not seen any workers comp payments of any kind. How is someone able to live and support their family when you are hurt on the job. Then home with no resources. You need gas to get therapy and doctors appointments.

You money to pay bills.

Credit cards have been closed for non payment. How can you do these things

We were referred to them by the WASTE MANAGEMENT company that does the garbage collection in our association and that caused damage to our property with the dumping of the garbage dumpers. 4 MONTHS PASSED and this company has delayed paying the damages NO HIRIby her representative, Ms. Suzanne Smith, who neither answers nor gives any solution to the case in conflict with her supervisor.

They still owe money from an accident

I reached out to Gallagher Bassett in regards to an accident that occurred with some negligence and faulty equipment the was rented to me by TSC they are the insurance company that handles the claims. I would like to say this was a pretty horrific experience with the accident but with this insurance company their representatives are ignorant, inappropriate and disrespectful and downright rude!

Several days of waiting for a return phone call from the supervisor who is supposed to call me is another joke after leaving a message of some inappropriate conduct of their staff and Im still waiting!!! I wanted to handle this claim quickly with respect and I seriously doubt that will occur with Galliger Bassett and it looks like I will have to seek legal representation

Brutally beaten at a state mental hospital

I was brutally beaten, have seizures, neck surgery, and not allowed to see my doctor. They have stopped paying me they have canceled my insurance. We all should all team up and Sue them I would love to put one of them in a mental institution and let them get beat have to death, and then not pay them not let them see the doctor or cancel their health insurance. weakness in both arms and legs documentation of my permanent restrictions. These people are dirty.

Representative was unable to understand the nature of the claim. When trying to get resolve, she became defensive and spoke rudely. When the response was not favorable to her, she wanted to end the conversations stating, "I won't be spoken rudely to." She made a poor decision on the claim. Her supervisor is unavailable to get resolve.

They informed me that they received a letter stating I had hired representation. That is a lie as I never hired anyone to represent me. I have been asking them to tell me who it is to no avail.

They refuse to tell me who this representative is and refuse to talk to me. Im asking how I can find out who this is and again, they wont tell me.

First and foremost get an attorney. You can file a complaint on the Better Business Bureau page about them with or without an attorney.

You will see there that you will get a response. Trust me on this

Unfortunately, my interaction with your representative, Natalie Saadeh, left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the level of professionalism exhibited. I would like to provide a detailed account of the incident:

When I initially explained my issue to Natalie, I encountered a lack of responsiveness. It seemed as though my concerns were not being heard, and there was minimal effort to provide assistance. Throughout our conversation, I was taken aback by the disrespectful tone and demeanor exhibited by Mrs.

Saadeh. There were instances of condescending language and dismissive remarks, which made me feel undervalued as a customer.

It became evident that she was unfamiliar with the specifics of my issue. Instead of taking the time to understand and address my concern, I was met with inaccurate information and vague responses that did not resolve my problem. Despite assurances from Mrs.

Saadeh that my issue would be escalated and promptly resolved, I have not received any follow-up communication or resolution to date.

As a loyal customer, I believe in the value of your services and have always had positive experiences in the past.

However, my recent encounter with Natalie has left me disappointed and frustrated. I firmly believe that exceptional customer service is a cornerstone of any reputable company, and this incident falls far short of that expectation.

I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

-A formal investigation into her handling of clients.

-Adequate training and guidance to ensure she possess the necessary skills to interact professionally and knowledgeably with customers and/or termination.
