I was injured at work on May 14th 2018 and Brenda Snead has taking her sweet time approving treatments and medications I need to get well. After endless emails, and hitting a brick wall, they've decided to cut off my benefits!

I still have approved injections next week. At the designated doctor's visit the doctor said I would be at MMI around November 15th 2018, which would give me time for the injections to be authorized. Now, why in the world would they decide to cut off my benefits When I haven't even had the injections? Also, they assigned a new adjuster just last week.

Her name is Kasey States and she's just as bad. I sent many emails to her supervisor and he never responded.

I hope you never have to deal with Gallagher Bassett. I'm going to appeal this decision through the state of Texas.
