Time for Class Action lawsuit against G & B
Gallagher and Bassett continues to manipulate doctors, impairment review people and, most importantly, injured employees. Their techniques are preposterous, from taking their sweet {{Redacted}} time to having you sent to their puppets who support them and could give two s**ts about you.
It is time to file a class action suit to put them out of business.
Their reviews clearly illustrate their mishandling of claims by injured employees. Who wants to join the class action suit?

Had a work injury in 2010. I will have to take medications for life.
Been dealing with Gallagher and Bassett for 12?years. We have had many adjusters, and we now have Shannon Faulhaber Syracuse NY as our claim adjuster. Horrible! Shannon is no help and does not care about the injured.
Shannon has ignored emails so many times we have to go through supervisors to get answers. She is unprofessional , rude and put out if you have questions. Shannon loves to deny medications then takes her time correcting her mistakes.
Shannon also makes excuses for herself.Shannon has caused my husband and I so much unnecessary stress because she fails over and over. I have made a formal complaint and Demanding a competent adjuster who can do the job they get paid to do.
Nobody should be made to feel they do not matter.
Preferred solution: An Apology, Treated with respect and dignity. Acknowledge and responded to questions / problems within the 48 hour limit. Do your job.

Subject: incompetence dolores , i am at my wits end . when we last talked i mentioned how my left knee was injured in my work accident .
you told me that it can still be added to my claim .even though i mentioned it at the hospital the day i was injured . i mentioned it to the cat scan tech when i was getting my ankle done. i mentioned it to the first nurse you provided for me . i also asked dr zinar the first time we met and at every visit since.
you even told me you approved an mri on my knee . now i am looking at an email from you stating my knee is not part of my claim . to say im frustrated would be a gross understatement . i also noticed there is no mention of my broken pelvis in your email .
i know you are busy , but keep in mind this is my life . and you have only added more stress and anxiety to my experience than anything . when i was bed ridden and could not take care of or even feed myself . i had no one .
i had to have friends come in from arizona and sacramento to nurse me. i could not even make it to the bathroom so i had to urinate into a bottle by my bed . to say i felt alone and forgotten is just scratching the surface of how i feel . now , almost three months after my accident , i finally get a call from a nurse .
i wish you could put yourself in my position . you would not be happy . my injuries have been very difficult to deal w all by themselves . but having to beg for everything lil thing i need from you has made it that much harder .
i thought you were supposed to make this whole experience go as smoothly as possible . when i first needed you i called everyday for over a week w no return call . nothing ! when you finally do call 8 days later you tell me how you are swamped .
i dont want to hear that . i need help and all i get is how busy you are .if you are too busy to handle my case, just pass me on to someone who has the time to give me the care i need and deserve . im going to stop right here because im becoming more upset than i want or can deal w at the moment . ask yourself would you be happy if you received the same lack of concern and effort from the person assigned to help you in your time of need ?
. how you could leave the fact my knee is part of my injuries out of my claim even after i told you that my knee is broken, is unconscionable. i literally broke the bone in my knee and tore the ligaments. you think i walked around for months on a broken knee just hoping to injure myself at work so i could add it to my claim ..
that would be ridiculous..but through your actions , that is exactly what you are insinuating happened. WOW!!! it tells me you have no idea what i am going through or care enough to contact me to be sure i am receiving the care i need. if you are not too busy would you please send me your superiors contact info .
i am done hoping you will do the right thing by me.. thank you for your time .

Bullies
In 2017 I was involved in a work accident where my vehicle flipped over 6x. By the grace of God I didn't die.
Unfortunately I was left with two torn labrums, damage to my c4-c5, c5-c6 vertebrae, constant neck spasms, stiffness, and migraines. I currently see an orthopedic dr., neck and spine specialist, pain management, and a psychologist for ptsd, anxiety, and depression. I was approved for surgery on my right shoulder and not the left. Received some physical therapy, but sessions were appoved very sporadically so it really did me no good.
About 95% of my prescriptions are denied. I'm in constant pain. They wait the full 60 days to reimburse me for mileage knowing I have no current income. My restrictions are nothing over ten pounds so I can't even get a job at McDonald's.
They had private investigators following me. In 5 years all they could come up with was a video of me carrying 2 light bags, water and milk into front seat my car because its easiest. Which they made A fuss about trying to bully me into settling for 60k, but my dr.s told them it was well within my restrictions. Anyone want to include me in a class action Im game.

I bought the cheeseburger meal from McDonald’s and I had a piece of expiration tag in one my cheeseburgers it was white and plastic in my mouth I pulled the tag out of my mouth and looked at it, it had numbers and dates and it says 24hrs on the tag. I’ve been in contact with Gallagher Bassett one of their adjusters but has been repeatedly ignored. I have photos to back my claim
I’ve been dealing with them since 2016. Been without my pain meds for a week now. Lawyers are involved but they are being ignored by them
Dose anyone know about the class action lawsuit against them ? I to have a more current claim and they have basically ignored me lost half a toe At work a almost a month ago and I never heard a single thing from them what so ever in regards to my ex claim I have no money coming in and I would like to hear more on this class action lawsuit if it’s already passed and done I’d still love to know what has come of it ? It’s April 2021
Have been dealing with these guys since June 2020. Almost lost house and family due to out maxing cc to pay bills and the depression of what I'm going through with worker's comp.
