Home Depot referred a claim for appliance delivery and property damage months ago. Angella Hewitt is letting the delivery company decide.

I didn’t hire them. Home Depot contracted out delivery. My flooring is ruined, appliances destroyed due to stacking kit not installed properly. So I sit, broken leg senior with no help and nobody is replacing flooring and wrecked washer and dryer.

Some claims rep this is. She has no compassion or any of the skills listed on your company website. I need washer dryer replaced. While they’re away I need the flooring replaced.

Then I need new appliances delivered and installed by professionals this time. April 10 was the original delivery date. Many calls and hours on hold. Local Home Depot manager ignores my visits and calls.

No idea if he’s working on my behalf or not.

Adjuster makes me contact delivery company who say they’re not responsible. I just want what I ordered and my property damage repaired.

Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
