As a Provider I have gone thru *** with this company, and they continue to pull the same stunts. Their tricks work. We are the only Chiropractors within an hour drive who will stick up for the injured workers & still take claims. California Commissioner is suing Pacificare for the same behavior I can prove Gallagher Bassett is doing. I spoke to the Commissioner's staff member, they're weak & don't seem to want to take action. California has punitive damages up to $10,000 for each willful action. It's definitely a broken system that steps on the little gujy, both Provider & injured.
