GALLAGHER BASSETT complaint by Upsman81242
I was injured on 2-15-08 while working for UPS. Gallaher Bassett is a worker compensation agent for UPS.I have not received any indemity payments to this date from G-B. I believe this company is very crooked in my opinion. They don't want UPS to pay for a claim that is just and right.I would suggest that G-B has little concern for injured workers and is only interested in screwing injured workers out of their just benefits. I would be interested to hear from other UPS employees. Please email upsman81242@yahoo.com Todays date 03/26/03 THANKS

I truly understand I too work for them, I can't say it's UPS; however, they have to know that there's so many complaints with their Insurer. My worker is Terri Loski or something like that, it was Ellsworth and she doesn't give a darn for the injured. Im still waiting pay ive missed. I even left messages for her supervisor and nothing! Then she said I owe them money for returning back to my other job. What a bunch crap!!! They don't care!! Call the UPS union Rep, for workers comp and deal with them. Yes, contact an attorney is your in Northern Cali, I could give u a good attorney. This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

As an injured worker, you have certain rights, depending upon the workers' compensation laws in your state. I would strongly recommend that you contact a work-comp attorney and tell them what has been going on with your claim. Many attorneys will consuslt with you for free on a workers' compensation case, often for no cost up front.
